At Defender Security Cameras, we stand by the quality of our surveillance technology and offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack the cameras, DVRs, and cables in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting brackets and power adapters are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Defender

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, making sure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's functionality and condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
